Evolve Golf packed its bags and flew off to Northern California for the 2019 Senior-Junior Championship located in Napa, California.
The TDC was hosted at beautiful Napa Valley Country Club on the 10th hole. Hole 10, was a short par 4 just 304 yards. Through out the day, a steady wind blew into the competitors face, when mixed with soft conditions from rain the night before it made difficult for players to drive the green. A good drive in the fairway allowed a small wedge into the green and a good chance for them to make a birdie.
Third place finish in the TDC after ranking the distance and accuracy numbers went to Dave Carr with a 250 yard drive just 1 yard off center. Tim Sands hit a 255 yard drive just 1 yard off center to finish in second place. First place in the Total Driving Challenge went to Austin Peters with a 264 yard bomb of the drive just off the center of the fairway.
We would like to thank Head Professional David Solomon and his staff for all the help as well as Cameron MacGregor, Len Dumas and the entire NCPGA staff for hosting such a great event.
