ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Address Requirements

To protect your privacy and reduce fraud, we require that the shipping address on your order matches the billing address on your credit card statement. Additionally, this ensures that your order is processed without delays.

Where We Ship

We can ship both in the United States and International. Moreover, we carefully package all orders to ensure safe delivery.

Order Processing & Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from customercare@simpletruths.com. If your email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and be sure to add our email address to your address book.

All charges on your account for Simple Truths appear as Sourcebooks, Inc. Review your order immediately. If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible. After you receive your shipping confirmation email, we cannot make changes to your order.

Once we process your order for shipment, we send a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. This email informs you that we have processed your order and it will ship within 24 hours.

Payment Authorization & Charges

When you place an order we will put an authorization hold on your credit card. We only charge your payment after we have reviewed and accepted your order for production or after 7 calendar days (the longest we can hold the authorization), whichever is sooner. While we expect most items to be reviewed within 7 days, some items may take longer to review.

If we determine that we cannot manufacture an item in your order, we do not charge you for it. If we have not processed your payment, we skip the charge. If we already processed your payment, we issue a refund.

Refunds for Orders

We issue refunds to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds typically appear within 3 to 7 business days, though in some cases it may take up to 2 billing cycles. If necessary, we contact you to gather additional information.

RETURN POLICY

EVOLVE GOLF’S RETURN POLICY

You may return any product purchased directly from evolvegolf.com within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please send us an e-mail at customerservice@evolvegolf.com before returning your item(s).

Pack and seal your return securely, preferably in the original package if possible. Please include the Exchange / Return form. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex, or insured United States Postal Service parcel post for your shipment.

We process returns or exchanges within 3 weeks. If you need your items sooner, email customerservice@evolvegolf.com to make special arrangements. We place credits on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
