Custom Golf Tees: Behind the Print #2 Golden Gate Bridge Epoch

Bringing products to life that embody the heartbeat of the grounds they’re being used on is one of the things that spark the passion for the team behind Evolve’s Customworks.

This small batch release was made to commemorate the 2020 PGA Championship at TPC Harding Park.

Extending 1.7 miles long, the Golden Gate Bridge is more than a well beloved landmark. From its completion in 1938 to this very day, it serves as a must-see destination for over ten million tourists per year. More importantly, it was and is a vital part of daily life to the people of San Francisco.

A symbol of innovation, community, and sacrifice, the Golden Gate bridge took four years to build. Nineteen men fell into the safety net below and joined what is now infamously called the “Halfway to Hell Club”. Nearly a dozen men lost their lives during the construction. The bridge itself sustained an earthquake before even being finished!

What could possibly better symbolize California’s history than the Golden Gate Bridge?

Created with careful attention to detail to commemorate a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the PGA Championship. The full color print depicts a portion of the bay, the coastline, and (of course) the vibrant orange suspension bridge with its iconic arch. The print also highlights the incredible amount of detail the team at Evolve can fit into a small space.
