2018 Illinois Fall Pro-Assistant Championship

Evolve Golf traveled out to Chicago, Illinois for the 2018 Illinois Fall Pro-Assistant Championship for our Total Driving Challenge. A cold, 40-degree day in the windy city with 15-20 mile per hour winds in the face led to rough playing conditions for the players during the driving contest.
The 2^nd hole at Harborside International Golf Center on the Port course was a long 511-yard straight away par 5. The tough windy breeze led to no assistance for the PGA professionals. The wind combined with wet conditions led to no roll on the course and cart path only rules throughout the day.
Third place finish in the TDC after ranking the distance and accuracy numbers went to Lance Olson of Champaign Country Club with a 268-yard drive just 3 yards off center. Rich Dukelow of Medinah Country Club hit a 269-yard drive just 3 yards off center as well to finish in second place. First place in the Total Driving Challenge went to Frank Hohenadel of Mistwood Golf Club with a 286-yard bomb of the drive just 3-yards off the center of the fairway.
