Evolve Golf was proud to once again be a sponsor at River Landing Country Club for the annual Carolinas PGA Pro-Assistant Championship. Two days of surprisingly mild weather and superb course conditions in Wallace, NC made for an excellent tournament for the section’s top players. Evolve Golf showed up in full force to stage its popular Total Driving Challenge on the par 5, 13th hole on The Landings course. This 531-yard par 5 features a generous landing area, and it beckoned players to tee it high and let it fly for a chance to place in the Total Driving Challenge!
First place in the Carolinas Pro-Assistant TDC went to Adam McLaughlin of Alamance Country Club with an impressive drive of 291 yards just 1 yard away from center. Second place went to Jay Mull of Trump National-Charlotte with a 290 -yard bomb and 2 yards off center. Third place winner was Greg Beavan of Daniel Island Club with a 285-yard drive directly on our centerline of the fairway.
