Order & Shipping Policy

Shipping Address

To protect your privacy and to reduce fraud we require the ship to address for your order to match the bill to address on your credit card statement.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship outside the United States.

How will my order be processed?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from customercare@simpletruths.com. If your email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and be sure to add our email address to your address book.

Please note that all charges on your account for Simple Truths will appear as Sourcebooks, Inc.
Please review your order immediately. If any changes are needed, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes to your order once you have received your shipping confirmation email.

When your order has been processed for shipment, your will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking information. This email informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours.

When Will I Be Charged?

When you place an order we will put an authorization hold on your credit card. We only charge your payment after we have reviewed and accepted your order for production or after 7 calendar days (the longest we can hold the authorization), whichever is sooner. While we expect most items to be reviewed within 7 days, some items may take longer to review.

If at any point we determine that we cannot manufacture an item in your order, you will not have to pay for it. If we have not yet processed your payment, you will not be charged for the item. If we have already processed your payment, we will issue you a refund.

How does Evolve Golf process refunds?

Refunds for credit card payments are issued in the original form of payment and will reflect the amount paid. It will typically take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, however in some cases it may take up to 2 billing cycles before the credit will appear on your credit card statement.

We may contact you to obtain additional information if necessary.

Returns Policy

Evolve Golf’s Return Policy

Any product purchased directly from evolvegolf.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in the original package.

Please send us an e-mail at customerservice@evolvegolf.com before returning your item(s).

Pack and seal your return securely, preferably in the original package if possible. Please include the Exchange / Return form. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex, or insured United States Postal Service parcel post for your shipment.

Processing your return or exchange can take up to 3 weeks. If you need your item(s) sooner, please send us an e-mail at customerservice@evolvegolf.comto make special arrangements. Credits will only be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
